These terms govern your use of pointofai.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please stop using the site.

What this site is

Point of AI is a free, publicly readable directory of AI and technology tools, together with guides, rankings and comparisons. There is no account to create, nothing to buy from us, and no login. You can read everything without identifying yourself.

What we do not provide:

  • Access to the tools themselves. You get those from their providers.
  • Technical support for any third-party tool.
  • Any guarantee that a listed tool will remain available, priced as shown, or fit for your purpose.
  • Legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site unlawfully or in breach of these terms.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure, or probe or test its security.
  • Scrape or bulk-download the site, or place automated load on it beyond ordinary reading. Our robots.txt sets out what automated clients may do.
  • Republish substantial portions of our content as your own.
  • Misrepresent your identity or your relationship with us, or use our name or branding to imply endorsement.
  • Subscribe an email address to our newsletter that is not yours.

Content and intellectual property

Our articles, comparisons, rankings, original graphics and site design belong to us. You may read, quote briefly with attribution and a link, and share links freely. Republishing substantial portions, or any commercial reuse, needs our written permission.

Tool names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear here purely to identify the tools we write about. This is set out in full in our Legal Disclaimer.

If you believe content here infringes your copyright, contact us with details of the work and your authority to act, and we will investigate promptly.

Accuracy

Content is published for general information. The AI market moves quickly: pricing changes, features ship and are withdrawn, and tools are discontinued. We review entries but cannot guarantee every detail is current when you read it. Verify anything that matters directly with the provider before you commit.

Some outbound links earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. Commission never determines our rankings or recommendations. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

Newsletter

Subscribing is optional and requires confirming your address. You can unsubscribe from any email, immediately and without explanation. We may discontinue the newsletter at any time.

Availability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including individual pages or listings, without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption, arising from your use of this site or of any third-party tool listed on it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted, and the date above reflects the current version. Continued use means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you enjoy where you live. We would ask you to raise any dispute with us first: most are resolved by a short email.
